Amandeep Singh (Founder and First Employee)
He is commerce graduate and completed his MBA from Chandigarh. He started his career as Territory Sales Manager with Hughes Communications India Limited (HCIL) and contributed in company for 3 years. He was taking care of two states initially MP and Rajasthan for channel sales. Being part of winning Team i.e. North, he then Promoted to take care of 5 states UP, UK, Punjab, Haryana and Himachal. He won best Team award twice in 3 years while working with HCIL. Then he shifted to his hometown Jalandhar and joined Reliance Broadcast Network Limited (RBNL- 92.7BIG FM) and worked there for one year. He was taking care of Sales for Jalandhar station. He got the Appreciation award for getting revenue to the company and also known as best agency business Executive to the company. Since his dream and goal was to start own venture he started Panacea Consultancy Services which initially used to provide Education Counselling Services to working professionals and guide them for Executive Education programs from Top B Schools of India. Also simultaneously he is an external consultant and project partner to one Event Company named F9 media. He has successfully launched Auto Expo in Punjab together with team and established IP for them. Now he is full time taking care of Panacea Consultancy Services and ensuring right counselling to students and working professionals.

Teaching and Counselling Experience
during his first job in Jaipur, he used to impart free learning sessions to MBA college for Marketing and General Management content as Guest lecture. Since he was into job where he connect with only working professionals for higher studies, he was sure what corporate look forward for in any candidate and how that can be developed. On day to day basis he use to counsel Executives for various MBA and management courses that built the counselling skill within to guide in a better way to students and executives.

Having more than 8 years of experience in Executive Education Counselling Now Team Panacea knows what market needs and also being Green Belt Certified we can share the authentic data and career options by guiding through psychometric tests and personal counselling to students and their parents.

Roubel/ Mannat (Co Founder)
Roubel prominently known as Mannat is co- founder of Panacea Consultancy Services. She has done Mass communication and Journalism from Kurukshetra University and by Profession she is an RJ (Radio Jockey).

She has contributed 8 long years in Private Radio station Reliance Broadcast Network Limited (RBNL- 92.7BIG FM) on different profiles. She has started career as Morning Jock and played role of Mid morning jock, afternoon jock too. She has done TV shows also for SADA Channel and Spark Punjabi Channel. She has also served as Folk Dance Choreographer in NZCC and won Best Artist Award at Dubai Festival.

As per survey reports of HANSA, her show was rated as number 1 morning show in 2015-2016. Also as per recent reports of IRS 2019 she is ranked as the most listened radio jock in mid morning band of north. After getting promoted to the highest rank in a station on programming level i.e Programming Manager, and serving best of the services, she decided to devote full time to own venture i.e. Panacea Consultancy Services. Having vast experience in different fields, now she is an active and primary decision maker for all marketing ideas and our sales/consultancy team. She is involved in day to day work alignment, student counselling and also deals in student relationship management.
